Rode to SR56 to US301. I rode north on US301 to Zephyrhills. I stopped at Starbucks for some iced tea. I had brought my own snack. I forgot my lock. 
Right before Chancey, I got a flat tire. There is a gas station there so I pulled in and changed my tire. Changing it went quickly but pumping it up was another matter. I got a new pump and never tried it out. It seemed pretty obvious but I couldn't get much air in the tire. I even thought about the air pump at the gas station but I had no money. It was broken anyway. I finally checked the web for instructions and found a video on YouTube. Yep, I was doing it wrong. I did get air in as much as I could and wobbled home. It wasn't that full but enough. Though ai took the shortcut home through The Ridge.

Another average week of cycling. I woke up to a flat tire on Tuesday. There were a few thinner areas and was going to just change the tube but decided to check the mileage of the tires . It had 6,000 miles so it was time for a new tire. I am glad I had one ready.

Rode to SR56 to US301. There was another ride stopped at US301. I was getting ready to start back and so was he. I let him go first. I realized I forgot to get some fresh gum so I stopped again. Then about a half mile later, an alligator rushed in front of me. I had to swerve to avoid running over his tail. He was surprised as I was and couldn't decide which way to go. He was only about 5-6'. I rode around him and pedaled hard trying to catch up to the other cyclist. My adrenaline was running full stop but I couldn't catch up.

This should have been a better week with the holiday weekend. But it rained all day Saturday and I only got in a mini ride. For some reason, Andy doesn’t like to go out on Independence Day and skipped swimming. So I got in a good ride on Sunday.

I think I found a way to cheat my move ring. I had only ridden about 15 minutes when my watch notified me of a goal made. I looked and saw I completed my move ring! What? It usually takes me 45-50 minutes to do that. Maybe my sleep was even more restless than I thought. Then I turned onto MPB and heard the mile tick. But it was only 4 miles and biking clicks every 5 miles. I looked and saw I was on walking. Oops. I switched to biking and continued. So my theory is that Apple Watch thought I was walking and went 3 miles in 15 miles so I must be working out harder despite my heart rate being normal.  Walking clicks every mile but I didn't hear the first three clicks. That is because this Series 6 is not that loud. My Series 4 has much better sounds. 
The rest of the ride was uneventful.
