Another average week of cycling. I woke up to a flat tire on Tuesday. There were a few thinner areas and was going to just change the tube but decided to check the mileage of the tires . It had 6,000 miles so it was time for a new tire. I am glad I had one ready. 

The heat and humidity have sapped my energy and I can’t seem to much more than 20 miles on Saturdays.
