This week was cold! A year ago, I might not have ridden or maybe stayed in the garage on my rollers. But I braved the cold and got out for at least one loop each day. Then I had a big ride on Sunday.

I rode down to Flatwoods and rode 4 loops. My bum was really protesting after 30 miles. Really, that was the only part of me that was fatigued.
