No a bad week for riding.  I was able to ride every day even short rides when the weather got colder. I did switch to Strava because the Wahoo app kept losing connectivity and I was “losing” miles. I am using the trial version of Strava Premium  in order to see my cadence and heart rate and will have to pay. Wahoo gave me all that for free.

I switched to Strava. Connecting my sensors was easy enough. It will take a while to get used to the set up. Strava dims the display and I had to change it to never. (Of course I didn’t want to stop and had to take off my glove to do and get my glove back on.) Sunny and cold but wind was not an issue. Strava never lost the signal.

This was the worst week for riding. It was very busy at work and cold weather moved in. I missed three days because of weather and, afterwards, I was too tired and too cold to ride more than 30 minutes. I had a three day weekend but I was too exhausted to do much. I should probably be happy that I rode as much as I did.

Then I turned onto Mansfield and could feel every pebble. I knew my tire was low. It continually lost air until I had to walk home from Allegro. I filled it when I got home and will see if it holds air or needs to be changed tomorrow.
