Another slow week and I can’t blame it on weight loss because I only lost 1 pound then gained it back on the weekend. Everything seems like such and effort.

Coffeeneuring started this week. Too soon for seasonal cocoas so I am trying the steamed milks.

NE wind but not up for riding to Zephyrhills. (My thighs are sore from walking up 7 flights of stairs.)
Rode through Seven Oaks to SR54 to Starbucks. Too soon for anything but regular hot cocoa so I ordered a pumpkin cream steamer. OK.
I realized soon after I started again that I should have gotten almond milk. Dairy sits heavy in my stomach. Despite that, the ride back was better, faster. It is always nice to have a tailwind.

Overcast and breezy. (Still not up to ride to Zephyrhills) Rode to SR56 & Morris Bridge. I turned around and rode to Starbucks
Ordered steamed vanilla Creme with caramel sauce and cinnamon dolce sprinkles.
The drink was lacking. Maybe it was the almond milk, not as creamy. I only drank half.
Rode back the "short" way. Shorter distance but I have to cross BBD twice.
