Not a great week for riding. I did my kettlebell exercises on Tuesday evening for the first time in 6 months. I was so sore for days afterwards. Then as the pain was fading, Cristobal send lots of rain our way. I managed to ride both Saturday and Sunday but got soaked each time and had to fight the wind.

I got one loop in before the rain started again. By then I was sweaty and didn't care. Lori and Gloria were texting the whole time. I looked at one text too long and rode off the road. I didn't fall but went through a muddy puddle and splashed myself with mud. Even my glasses. After that I felt I deserved the Luna Bar even though I didn't go 20 miles.
