The week started out good and I was doing two loops before work. It got cold on Thursday and colder on Friday. My sister was in town for the weekend so I got in no ride on Saturday (because I had to work, too!) . Oh well, I am glad February is over.

I didn't really feel like riding but knew I didn't want to miss another day. I also needed to go to the LBS to get another phone mount. Ryan's was too small for his (new to him) iPhone. I gave him Andy's and got a new one for Andy. I decided to ride just one loop in Flatwoods then rode two. I felt good until about mile 20 then I got some gas pains. Too much eating out and drinking water his weekend.
