Not a bad week for riding. Not many miles during the week because I am still splitting my time with walking. I did make the Strava walking challenge of 50k. I had two good rides on the weekend despite the wind. It is supposed to get cold. Bah.

I wasn't sure how far I wanted to go. I rode down to Flatwoods. The wind was strong but there was a break so I did three loops. Lots of people enjoying the sunny day. I misread the temperature and wore my wool top and long tights. I wasn't hot but saw the sweat stains on my legs. The ride home was good. @lunabar Caramel Walnut Brownie is good.
