quiet passage

Along both sides of Sykes Chapel are covered corridors. The one to the south is enclosed within the building and quite active. It was difficult at best to get a shot without people in it. I was happy to find this one unoccupied. Looking at the images on the tvs designs website, I see a carillon which was planned for the empty courtyard next to this corridor. Was it cut from the budget or planned for a future date?
