This is carolina jessamine. It should not be confused with jasmine. But it is a climbing plant. I love the little yellow flowers. Last year, I had tons of blossoms, this year, not so much. I think it is because I didn't prune the plant back last year after the blooms had faded. I will try pruning this year to see if it helps.
If you read the article in wikipedia, you know that it is toxic. And you are probably wondering why I planted this or if I did. I did. But I planted it behind a fence where the boys couldn't get to when they were little. Now they can get to that area but they leave it alone.
