These two micro sets are only available at Toys R Us. They were available as a free gift with a $75 Lego purchase during each week in October 2014. I went looking for Series 13 Minifigures and found these instead. They cost $19.99 each which is kind of expensive but a lot cheaper than buying four $75 kits. I plan to go back at some point and get the other two.
