I could curse Cathy Zeilske for showing me that I could buy digital scrapbooking products at Etsy. But I had found them earlier through a google search. Cathy just reminded me that there are some really cute kits. I picked up Cherry Bomb from Tracy Ann Digital Art. As soon as I got it, I had to made a card.

I know it doesn't seem like it but I am not a big fan of Valentine's Day. I just love all the red! And I couldn't resist this beautiful kit by Deena Rutter called Whole Lotta Love. You can get it at Design House Digital on sale right now! And who can resist this adorable Tin Man so happy that he finally has a heart.

Andy's class still celebrates Valentine's Day even though they are in middle school. In the past, I have purchased sets at the store and then prodded the boys to write out their names. I decided to make my own this year and have moo cards print them out. Yes, they are a little expensive but much easier. And if I had a color printer, I could probably print them myself. I used Michelle Martin's kit Peace Love and Happiness found at Designer Digitals. I used some candy hearts and buttons from Katie Pertiet also at Designer Digitals.

I made two cards for Andy to give. One is more for girls, and one for boys. I intend to fold them over treat bags.

a touch of spring

Phil did not see his shadow and that means absolutely nothing. Spring will be here when it gets here no matter the press around a silly groundhog. So while we wait, we can play with springy papers and feel the sun in pixel form. I got A Touch of Spring for half off at ScrapInsider. AV Designs has moved shop.

Can you tell I love red? I fell in love with the color palette and had to buy Run in Circles collaborative collection from Che Yang Design & Elisa Hubbard Studios at Memory Scraps. And I learned that typing in a path is easier than is looks.

Design House Digital had a sale last weekend on Jen Allyson kits. I love her stuff! It reminds me of all my favorite manufacturers like Chatterbox, Autumn Leaves and more. I love the papers but have a hard time combining them. They seems to be going in so many directions at the same time.

I love KI Memories. I like that they made some digital supplies. But I have a feeling that they won't be making much more. Everything is half off and there hasn't been any new stuff added since the introduction.

Hello? Anyone still here? I took 2010 off to focus on my photography. Along the way, I fell in love with digital designing. Not so much digital scrapbooking although I do a layout now and again. I have fallen in love with digital cards. And I want to share them.
