Not a great week for riding. I did my kettlebell exercises on Tuesday evening for the first time in 6 months. I was so sore for days afterwards. Then as the pain was fading, Cristobal send lots of rain our way. I managed to ride both Saturday and Sunday but got soaked each time and had to fight the wind.

I tried the MUP and found the parts where they cut the pavement to be too sandy to ride through. I rode in the bike lane. Two women were riding the wrong way in the bike lane. Why are people so stupid? On the way back, there were two motorcyclists stopped in the bike lane. They moved when I got close. I saw them again on Hueland Pond stopped on the side of the road.
